ALICIA CABAÑAS INTERIORISMO S.L. (hereinafter referred to as VICTOIRE HOME) offers you a purchasing service for the items available in our online store, and below we outline the general sales conditions.

PRICES: Prices are listed in euros and the price applied will be the one indicated at the time of ordering; prices include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping is completely free for orders over €500 on the Peninsula, excluding the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €12.90. In the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, shipments will be free for orders over €750. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €39.90.

For international shipments outside of Spain but within the European Union, shipments are free for orders over €750. For orders below this amount, shipping costs €29.90. For shipments to the United States, shipping is free for orders over €850. Shipments below this amount will cost €139.90.

PAYMENT METHODS: Payment methods can be made via bank card, and VICTOIRE HOME is not responsible for transactions made, and Bizum. Bank transfer payment is also available.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS: Delivery of the order will be made to the address indicated by the user and will take place from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. The delivery time will be from 24 to 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays and depending on the time the order is received and the geographical area of delivery, and from 5 to 10 working days for deliveries outside of Spain. For orders to the United States, delivery will take place within 10-15 working days after payment is made. Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer does not accept the fees issued by customs, the order will be returned directly to VICTOIRE HOME, and a refund or return will not be possible. If the product is not available, the user will be provided with information on the delivery time. If the user does not agree to this timeframe, the amounts paid will be refunded. If the customer wishes to return a product, shipping costs are borne by the customer, and a voucher will be issued to spend at VICTOIRE HOME, both online and physically at the store located at Calle Serrano 120, Madrid. Under no circumstances will money be refunded to the customer. If the product is broken or damaged, it must be reported via email with photos of the packaging and the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order. After 24 hours, no claims can be made to the transport company or to VICTOIRE HOME. Products from the UNIQUE PIECES section cannot be returned or exchanged.

VICTOIRE HOME is not responsible if the delivery of the order cannot be made due to inaccurate, false, or incomplete data provided by the user, or due to reasons beyond the company's control or force majeure. VICTOIRE HOME will demand efficiency and diligence from the transport company to ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe.

In case of anomalies, breakage, or damage to the order, the user must contact VICTOIRE HOME in the customer service department within 24 hours of receiving it, to arrange for its return and resend the damaged products or refund them if the user does not want a replacement.

If the user decides to return part or all of the received order, they will have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt for the return. The transportation costs for the return amount to €15 for the customer.

If the buyer has benefited from an offer for the purchase of one or more products in their order, they will lose the right to that offer, whether it is a discount or a gift, which must be returned along with the returned products.

Returned products must be sent to VICTOIRE HOME in perfect condition for marketing, accompanied by their original packaging, well protected, etc.
